In the drag power performance test, LG Optimus G Pro leads the Galaxy S4 i9505. And Optimus G Pro is powered with the same Snapdragon 600 chipset Krait 300 processor clocked at 1.7GHz. But still, as per the Quadrant revealed benchmark test records, Optimus G Pro crossed the Galaxy S4 performance. But whereas, according the recently AnTuTu test, it is vice versa. But in both the test records, Galaxy S4 i9500 Octa version is verdict over any of the smartphone of the present market.

Verdict – Galaxy S4

Hardware Comparison

There would be draw if we compare the internal hardware of both the beast smart devices, Galaxy S4 is featuring 2GB RAM, Octa Exynos 5410 chipset or Snapdragon 600 chipset and on other hand, LG Optimus G Pro is doing same but only in the version of Snapdragon 600 chipset.

Software – Galaxy S4 vs Optimus G Pro

Yes both the devices, Galaxy S4 and Optimus G Pro are working on the Android Jelly Bean to offer the maximum flexibility and the max world of apps. But S4 is little ahead because, it is featuring the Android Jelly Bean v4.2.2 and on the other hand, LG Optimus G Pro is working on Android Jelly Bean v4.1.2.
In other features connectivity, even in the dimensions and constructions both are closer to each other. Both the devices Galaxy S4 and LG Optimus G Pro are featuring full HD display. But in measurement, Optimus G is bigger with its 5.5 inches display and on other hand Galaxy S4 is measuring 4.99 inches. Again, it is just the matter of taste if you love bigger sized smartphone, you may prefer Optimus G.
But the overall, in design, construction, power and stability Samsung Galaxy S IV is verdict in the war of Galaxy S4 vs Optimus G Pro, “cheers the fans of S4”.

Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 Octa clocked at 1.8GHz instead of 1.6GHz | Galaxy S IV Octa

Officially Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 was announced just 15 days earlier and Samsung revealed the i9500 version is carrying Octa Exynos 5410 chipset. On this chipset, two pairs of quad-core processor are integrated. One of these pair is Cortex A7 processor clocked at 1.2GHz and another pair is quad-core Cortex A-15. This A15 quad is clocked at 1.6GHz as per the official statement of Samsung. But we have good news that, in Antutu benchmark test records, Galaxy S4 i9500 is performing up to 1.8GHz which is better than any of the existing beast smartphone i.e. HTC One, Xperia Z and LG Optimus G Pro.
Galaxy S4
Everyone knows it from the beginning that Samsung Galaxy S4 will feature Octa-core processor. But there were critics over the big.Little architecture of Cortex A7 and Cortex A15 correspondingly clocked at 1.2GHz and 1.6GHz respectively. Also on other hand it was revealed that 70% of Galaxy S4 in first batch that to be shipped are running Quad-core Snapdragon 600 chip.

Few experts doubted that Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 with Snapdragon 600 krait 300 quad-processors will be performing better at the max speed as compare to the original octa-core Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500. But the AnTuTu benchmark test has revealed something else, which you can see in the below images.
Galaxy S IV
Now you know the power of Galaxy S IV i9500 running Octa Exynos 5410 and you can understand that another version Galaxy S4 i9505 is not away from it. However, LG Optimus G is better than i9505 version is some expects but full HD display, longer battery backup, 13MP camera and all new Samsung apps and smart control features are enough to make the two flavours of Samsung Galaxy S IV verdict over any of the smartphone in the present market and according to us, we will not see any smart device that will overcome Galaxy S4 performance for few months.

Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505: Complete Review, Specs | Galaxy S IV Review Part 1

Just few days before, Galaxy S4 has joined the family of Galaxy S smartphone series of Samsung. And till to this date we can say Galaxy S IV is one of the most famous smartphone of Samsung. In every part of globe, all smartphone followers and fans are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S4. For a recap we want to tell you that, there are two versions of S IV. These two versions are using different chipset, Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 is using Snapdragon 600 chipset with Krait 300 quad core processors and on the other hand, i9500 is powered with the Samsung Octa Exynos 5410 chipset with A7 1.2GHz quad-core and A15 1.6 GHz quad-core processors. Rest of things, including software, interface, connectivity and battery of both the phones are same.
Galaxy S4 i9505 has already overcome any of the existing smartphone in the market. The closest competitors of S4 are HTC One and Xperia Z. However, HTC One is verdict in the display configuration as per the pixel density. Today, we have brought the complete Galaxy S IV i9505 review which will guide you through its pros and cons.

Galaxy S4 Design:

In the range of 5 inches smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 is one of the sleekest smartphone of the market and also the lightest as its dimensions are as 136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm and its weight is just 130 g. If you will hold it in your hand, you will feel like you are not holding anything as per the weight. Well, Samsung has used the plastic as the outer body of the S4, as it has done in case of Galaxy S III. But still, S III was the most successful smartphone of 2012, so as it would be S4 for the 2013 year. Samsung has done Hyper-glazed finishing over the body of Galaxy S4 which makes it attractive and impress and if you remember Samsung has done same in case of Galaxy S3.

No doubt, Samsung Galaxy S series smartphones always get criticised when it comes to the design and construction. On the other hand, HTC One and Sony Xperia Z are much beautiful and attractive. According to my view, my ranking in case of design would be HTC One, Xperia Z and S4. It might vary according to your precision. So, you can cut the few marks out of ten for the design rating of Galaxy S4.
If we compare the SIII with Galaxy S4, then we will find it is 0.7mm sleeker and almost 3g lighter than S3 even if its size and battery capacity is bigger. Well, here Samsung deserves pretty good rating and praising. The outermost part of the display is protected by the Gorilla Glass 3, which is the latest protection measure from the end of Gorilla Glass. No doubt, it is making feel of S4 better, smoother and strong.
Galaxy S IV

The Galaxy S IV full HD super AMOLED display is more praising then the other 1080p full HD displays of HTC Butterfly or HTC DNA and Sony Xperia Z because, it has better brightness rating.

This is the first part of the Galaxy S4 review and soon we will publish the next part of the review, stay tuned for more.

70% of Samsung Galaxy S4 first batch is powered with Snapdragon 600 | Galaxy S4 i9505

Just after the announcement of Galaxy S4 officially on the 14th March 2013, everyone was seeking for the S4 preorders. And luckily, Samsung has received the maximum number of Galaxy S4 preorder. Moreover, it was more than the expectations of Samsung and the result is Samsung is suffering for the shortage of Octa Exynos 5410 chipset. In the stock Samsung is only having the number Octa Exynos units that can power only the 30% of the first batch of Samsung Galaxy S4 that would be releasing in the month of April.
Galaxy S4
For a recap, we want to tell you that there are two versions of Samsung Galaxy S IV; one is powered with Snapdragon 600 chip (integrating krait-300 processor) and another one is powered with Samsung Octa Exynos 5410 chipset. Already, we have published the list displaying “which version of Galaxy S4 would come in your country” also, if you are interested in “owning the Galaxy S4 for free” then you can participate in the contest launched by us.
Well, if we specifically talk about the Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 version with Snapdragon 600, its benchmark test is better than any of the existing smartphone whether it is most powerful smartphones from the other vendors such as Sony Xperia Z and HTC One. Galaxy S4 i9505 is on the lead but, however Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 is better than i9505 version as per the benchmark score. According to Samsung, first batch of Galaxy S IV would be shipped to different countries in the third week of April and it will appear on the market shelves from the April 27th or close to this date. And in the first batch 70% of Galaxy S IV would be running on Snapdragon 600 chipset.
In my country, I would be receiving Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500, so I am excited about it. If I would be getting Galaxy S IV 9505 then I may change my decision whether to go with it or not because since the day I heard the name Galaxy S4 my expectations are in favour of Octa-Core and I can’t overcome “Octa-Core processor, 13MP camera, full Hd display and 2600 mAh batter”. This all defines the revolution brought by Samsung Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy S4 mini i9110 powered with Exynos 5210: Specs & Features

In last 10 days, searches for Samsung Galaxy S4 has increased with the good pace and now small brother of Samsung Galaxy S4 so called Galaxy S4 mini is also reaching to the people. The people who can’t afford or there need is not Galaxy S IV can go with S4 mini. However, it is not as powerful as S IV but can offer smooth performance without any doubt.
Galaxy S4
Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is measuring 4.3inches diagonally as it is carrying 4.3 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with the resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. Last successful phone of Samsung in the range of 4.3inches variant was Galaxy S II and now it can be Galaxy S4 mini but people will go with Galaxy S III indeed as per my thinking. But if Samsung can bring the revolutionary price as of Galaxy Grand then situation can be different.

Till now we have seen two variants in the Exynos 5000 series – Exynos 5210 Dual of Galaxy Nexus 10 and Octa Exynos 5410 of S IV and now the third member is going to join this family i.e. Exynos 5210. But it is not confirmed that it would be Exynos 5210 Quad or Exynos 5210 Octa. Possibly, it can’t be Octa. As per the revealed information, Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is carrying dual-core Cortex A15 processor which is clocked at 1.6GHz.

For the memory configuration, Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is featuring 1GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage memory. However, there would be 32GB internal storage variants also. For memory flexibility, it is also carrying microSD card slot as of other Samsung Smartphones. Rest of features and specs matches you the high end as it has 8MP primary camera and 2MP secondary camera. For GPU it is using Mali-400. However, the original Samsung Galaxy S4 has defined the new limits of “high end smartphone” so we can call this mini version as lower odder high end smartphone. Samsung Galaxy S IV mini preorder and release date is still in dilemma, but the possible price is around 470 EURO.

Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 Lighter, Sleeker, Bigger and Better: Complete Review, Specs and Price

Now Samsung Galaxy S4 doesn’t an introduction to anyone, everyone knows it has already written its name on the topmost of the list of best smartphone of 2013. Samsung is back to back result, firstly Samsung Galaxy S III won the tag of best smartphone 2012 and no doubt Samsung will snatch batch of best smartphone 2013 too. The below discussed Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500 review will guide you through its specifications, features, pros and cons.
Galaxy S4

First of all we want to repeat that Galaxy S4 would be available in two flavours:
• Samsung Galaxy S IV i9505 – Quad-Core Snapdragon 600 Krait 300, 1.9GHz
• Samsung Galaxy S IV i9500 – Octa Exynos 5410 with quad-core A7 1.2GHz and A15 1.6GHz.

Let’s start with the review of Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500:

Design and Construction:

Galaxy S IV
There are many haters all around teasing Samsung Galaxy S4 and calling it as whole plastic. But internal hardware is shouting at them. Well, according to us Samsung Galaxy S4 is beautiful and superior to Galaxy S III in all terms. But, S4 is using similar polycarbonate chassis and the metallic banding at corner as of Galaxy S IV. No doubt, in this redefined suit Galaxy S4 is looking premium and stud. If we hold this phone our hand then it feels like we are holding something precious in our hand really. It’s lighter that’s another aspect but if you will use it you will feel how it can be that lighter.
Dimensions, Weight and Display Size of S IV with its cousin’s brother and sisters:
• Samsung Galaxy S4 – 136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm, 130 g, 4.99 inches – 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Samsung Galaxy S3 – 136.6 x 70.6 x 8.6 mm, 133 g, 4.8 inches – 1280 x 720 pixels
• HTC One – 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 mm, 143 g, 4.7 inches – 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Sony Xperia Z – 139 x 71 x 7.9 mm, 146 g, 5 inches – 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Apple iPhone 5 – 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm, 112 g, 4 inches – 640 x 1136 pixels
• Nokia Lumia 920 – 130.3 x 70.8 x 10.7 mm, 185 g, 4.5 inches – 1280 x 768 pixels

You can see from above raw data that the best weight and dimensions ratio is of Samsung Galaxy S4, however the HTC One has more ppi density but SIV is not less. Still, Galaxy S4 is best among these all and you know it better. But still no one will feel “wow” after seeing it but they can do “wow” if you will get it in quick way.

Overall Galaxy S4 design and construction rating – 6.5 / 10

Display performance:

Samsung Galaxy S4 was in rumor since the launch of Galaxy S III, because everyone knows now it’s time of full HD. And Galaxy S4 has completed all the expectation in terms of display. It has 4.99 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display. Its pixel density is around 441ppi but however the record of ppi is set by HTC One with 469ppi HTC One smartphone. However, you can’t easily differentiate the difference easily. So, overall display performance of Galaxy S IV is high end also; in terms of power consumption it is superior to HTC One LCD 3.
Galaxy S4

Overall rating for Galaxy S4 display performance – 9 / 10

Galaxy S4 Interface and software:

Samsung is always cursed by haters because of its design and interface. No doubt, I personally like the HTC Sense interface and never felt good with the Samsung TouchWiz User Interface. Rest of others smartphone of Samsung, Galaxy S IV is also using TouchWIz UI. But you will see few updates as to Galaxy S III TouchWiz, there is no more water touch feeling but a new welcome home screen with beam light effects which got activated from even if your figure is 1 to 2 centimetres away. Rather than new TouchWiz interface, you will find many new things and features in the interface representing new widgets plus new features.
As you know, Galaxy S4 is running on the latest Android OS. Thanks to the flexibility of Android OS, Jelly Bean v4.2.2. In the new interface, you will also find a new notification bar.
• Smart Stay
• Smart Pause
• Smart Rotation
• Smart Scroll
Galaxy S IV
These four are one of the revolutionary features of Galaxy S4 software and hardware integration as per the fans survey. Everyone is excited about it. Also, there you would find more options in motion and gesture menu such as Air gesture, motion, palm motion gyroscope calibration.
You will also find a new setting menu which is divided into four new sections such that you can easily control and regulate the hardware and phone in the most efficient way.
Galaxy S4
Other features of Galaxy S4 are similar to that we have seen in the latest phablet Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is running on same OS Jelly Bean 4.2.

Overall rating for Galaxy S4 Interface and Software – 7 / 10

Camera performance:

Galaxy S IV
Galaxy S4 is powered with the 13MP HD primary sensor and 2.1MP secondary sensor. Already, in the market low light capability sensors are defining new limitation. Last year, Nokia Lumia 920 has broken few records in terms of low light photography and same is expected from the Ultrapixel HTC One camera. However, Galaxy S4 has better camera than Galaxy S III does. You can record in much better quality and overall performance of Galaxy S IV camera is satisfactory. Also, you get many new upgraded features that of Galaxy S III that would be fun if you love or have interest in photography.

Overall rating for Galaxy S4 camera performance – 8 / 10

Battery performance:

Galaxy S IV
You have already observed that, Galaxy S III was 8.6 mm thick and it was carrying only 2100 mAh battery. But now, Galaxy S4 is sleeker with 7.9 mm thickness and still it is carrying bigger capacity battery of 2600 mAh. No doubt, you will get longer and unexpected battery back-up as compare to the other high end smartphones of Samsung itself. But on the other hand, Galaxy S4 is carrying the power hungry components – Octa Core processor, full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels, and 2 GB RAM and 13MP camera sensor. You may think how it will give battery efficient performance, but Samsung is promising the hardware is set to work at different level depending on the task associated. So, don’t worry its battery backup would be enough for any of your use.

Overall rating for Galaxy S4 battery: 8.5 / 10.

Pros of S4:

+ FULL HD display
+ Bigger battery
+ System memory of 2GB
+ Octa-Core processor
+ Stunning performance

Cons of Galaxy S4:

- Design
- TouchWiz Interface not that pleasing
This was all about complete review of Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphone, hope you are still waiting to hold the S4 in your hand, don’t worry just in 30 days you might be owning Galaxy S4 or feeling it in your hand, cheers!

Samsung Galaxy S4 preorders 5 times greater than S III | new record setter Galaxy S IV

Samsung Galaxy S4 preorders 5 times greater than S III | new record setter Galaxy S IV

According the preorders of Samsung Galaxy S4 report, it has come in the front that preorders rate of S4 is 4.6 times greater than S3. So, you can imagine if Galaxy S3 has changed the history in terms of sales and S IV would be setting new records. Other brands, such as Sony and HTC has brought something bigger called Xperia Z and HTC One smartphone beast, but no doubt if you will ask someone which is better. Out of 10 people, more than 5 would be supporting S4. This directly tells the pre-success story of Galaxy S4.
Galaxy S4
Well this report of Galaxy S IV preorders has come from one of the giant store of UK, so it can’t predict all things. In the era of smartphones, a new smartphone get lost more easily than it came to the market. It’s just about market interest. At present, people interest is defining Galaxy S4 success but if some another vendor will bring something different in the market then the scene would be different. But Octa-Core performances, FULL HD display, 13MP HD sensor and longer battery backup, moreover, the latest features such as eye scrolling, smart pause, and smart video, these all are the nightmare for other vendors of market.
No doubt, other superior brands Apple, HTC, Sony and ZTE would be bringing something bigger to the market as time will go, but it will take time. Our Samsung Galaxy S4 is best and would remain best until you will not change your interest, Cheers!
