Samsung Galaxy S IV is violating LG’s eye-tracking patent?

As we all know, on 14th of March Samsung has officially revealed its flagship Samsung Galaxy S IV and on the same day LG has also revealed a new feature for its flagship LG Optimus G Pro and the features is called as Smart Video. As on the same day Galaxy S4 was launched and Samsung has also revealed the similar feature with name “Smart Pause”.

Now LG is accusing that Samsung has violated eye tracking patent and renamed it as Smart Pause in Samsung Galaxy S IV. According to LG this patent was registered in 2009 and now LG wants that Samsung should pay for it but Samsung is denying it and commented Smart Pause Feature is not similar to Smart Video of LG.
Well, LG wants to take it to court but Samsung seems to be straight forward. The exact war will begin when both smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S IV and LG Optimus G pro will see each other in the market, no doubt our Samsung Galaxy S4 is superior but in its range LG Optimus G pro is also not less, it has got beautiful design as well.
This was all regarding the another latest issue of Samsung Galaxy S IV, stay tuned for more.
