According to AT&T pricing, you may get AT&T Galaxy S4 16GB for 200USD under the contract of 2 years. If you want to get more memory, then you may buy AT&T Galaxy S IV 32GB for 250USD and the contract will continue till 2 years as of 16GB version. But you can’t pre order AT&T Galaxy S4 today as it is only scheduled for April 16th. Yes, from that day you may pre order it and get the original phone in the end of this month.
